The more information I can collect at the start of the project, the quicker I can get the work completed without having to bother you for extra details.

Background: Tell me about your business

Tell me why you started your business and how? How has it developed over time?

What products/services do you sell? Who do you sell them to?

Objectives: What do you want your customers to do?

How do you make your customers lives better? What are their 'pain points' and how do you solve them?

Proof: Why should the audience believe you?

Have you won any awards? Any professional memberships? Excellent testimonials? (We can collect testimonials at a later stage, no need to include them here)

Overcoming objections

What objections might a customer have to using your business? What assumptions might they make? E.g. Cost, value, quality, qualifications, lack of brand awareness

Competitors: Who are they?

Please provide URLs and any details you think will be useful

SEO Keywords (if website)

What words or phrases do you think people would type into Google to search for your business, services or products? These will be included in my keyword research process. Please note, the longer the phrase the more chance you have of ranking - so for example, go for 'landscape gardener Sydney', rather than just 'gardener'
